Savannah Living Real Estate was established with ONE goal: to bring back REAL SERVICE to an industry that had become overwhelmed with a "housing mill" attitude. 

A "housing mill" is a real estate brokerage that operates like a factory, treating every Buyer & Seller, every house & condo, every Tenant & Landlord, every sale & lease like they're all uniform, standard and require no special care.  For example: by treating all Clients as uniform, housing mills can can push them through the process quickly because uniformity doesn't require special care.  That's why these mills have so many barely-satisfied clients.
