The State of Georgia has announced an enhanced mortgage program that finances up to 100% of your purchase for first time buyers. This is the George Peach Dream Plus loan. This can be a game changer for first time buyers, which includes higher purchase prices and allows for higher incomes with a minimum 640 credit score.
